Mae obtained her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Bio-Genetic from National University of Malaysia and her Master in Sustainable Development Management at Jeffrey Sachs Center, Sunway University. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in international sales and marketing, microbiological involvement and the development of biological methods in pest control for agricultural usage.
She is currently the Sales Director of Mentari Alam Eko (M) Sdn Bhd, which provides state of the art technology in food waste composting solution contributing to circular economy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her role in the company is in R&D of biotech to achieve a speedy food waste composting. She has been invited as speaker in many waste related forums and seminars and including being panel in National Waste Management Conference. She believes in the collective effort of every individual in creating a “Zero Waste” environment by adopting responsible waste management.
